Cat Crane Ltd. , located at 12882 85 Ave, Surrey, BC,V3W 0K8 is looking for a Mobile Crane operator. Candidates are required to have at least high school education. This job does not require previous experience but experience is always an asset and experienced candidates will be preferred. This position requires the applicant to have a Class 1 or equivalent driving License. Pay per hour will be $38.00 per hour. This is a full-time permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week.

JOB DUTIES. The following duties are required to be performed for this job:

• Operate truck crane to lift, move, position or place equipment and materials
• Perform pre-operational inspection, and calculate crane capacities and weight to prepare for rigging and hoisting
• Perform routine maintenance work such as cleaning and lubricating cranes.
• Ensure material is rigged, hoisted and landed in accordance with safety requirements
• Operate and drive trucks to transport, deliver goods and materials.
• Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle such as condition of equipment, and loading and unloading of cargo

REQUIREMENTS. The successful applicant will possess, at a minimum, the following skills/requirements.

Completion of secondary school.
CraneSafe Certificate
Valid driver’s licence.(Class 1 preferable or class 3 both with air brake endorsement)
Strong work ethic and attention to details.
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Language Required: English spoken and written
Must possess the following skills: manual dexterity and the ability to lift and move heavy objects, the ability to understand verbal and written instructions, ability to organize assigned tasks, and the ability to envision all steps in assigned tasks.
