Compensation: $36,000 per year
Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week

Benefits: After successful completion of 3 months of probation period, the candidate is eligible for enrollment in the company’s group benefit program.
Bonus plan for turnover deals.
Job Duties
– Provide friendly, professional, and courteous greeting and hosting in the customer lounge area
– Offering coffee, water, snacks, magazines and general hosting needs of our service customers
– Warmly greet every customer and introduce them to the appropriate Sales Consultant
– Assist with the creation and entry of customers data
– Perform follow up calls as necessary
– Attend sales meetings and training sessions as required
– Provide general support during sales events and special functions
– Use MS Office to create spreadsheet, transcribe correspondence, memos, short reports, and other documents as needed
– Record the daily service drive traffic, assign and turn-over “Ups” accordingly, and to submit all data collected to Sales Management daily.
– Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
– Post-secondary administrative training or equivalent practical experience
– 2 years of experience in a customer service setting and/or similar role
– Exceptional customer service skills
– Outgoing, positive, and bubbly persona
– Basic working knowledge of BMW Products
– Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
– Reynolds and Reynolds, Desk-it, S-gate computer experience
– Ability to work independently
– Demonstrated team player capable of interacting professionally with staff, distributors and customers
– A valid VSA License
– Ability to problem solve
– Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask
– Excellent communication skills to converse with diverse clientele
