BNA Brewing Co. & Eatery in downtown Kelowna, BC is looking for a Full-Time Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Job Description:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of BNA Brewing and Eatery – restaurant, bar
• Implement operational procedures
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Negotiate arrangements with clients for catering or use of facilities for private events.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience as restaurant/bar manager or supervisor
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Must be available to work mornings, late evenings, weekends, holidays
• Must be able to read and write English
We offer:
• Annual wage – $65,000 CAD (negotiable)
