Job Duties
• Planning menus, determining size of food portions, estimating food requirements and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies
• Preparing soft dough for flat breads, pies, bread bites and sticks
• Preparing slow cooked dishes, pot roasts, roasted meats, stocks and sauces
• Hiring and training kitchen staff
• Scheduling and supervising kitchen helpers
• Overseeing kitchen operations
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Setting up and overseeing buffets
• Cleaning kitchen and work area
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Certification: Safe Food Handling

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time 35 hours/week
