Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee, organize, and plan daily tasks for the crew
– Order and secure necessary building materials and job site inventory
– Pitch strategic updates to boost output and craftsmanship
– Develop efficient strategies to hit project deadlines
– Align operations with fellow subcontractors
– Prepare detailed reports regarding construction milestones and timelines
– Troubleshoot site issues
– Conduct hands-on training for crew members
– Assist in recruitment processes and promotion decisions
– Step in to perform tasks of the crew supervised, if necessary
– Carry out additional related tasks directed by the Management
