Job Description

– Hire, supervise and schedule staff;
– Plan and estimate labour and materials;
– Maintain work records and logs;
– Tender and administer contracts;
– Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies;
– Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality;
– Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers;
– Establish work schedules and procedures.
