Job Description

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, hygiene, and staff performance.

Responsibilities:

Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Required skills: 7 months to less than 1 year Experience
