Job Description

Use fish and seafood plant cutters and cleaners to disjoint and remove meat from lobsters or other crustaceans, preparatory to canning or further processing.
Verify product at various stages of processing to ensure weight and temperature of finished product is incompliance with policies and regulations.
Examine finished products by sight and feel to ensure compliance with company standards on finished product is acceptable. For example, tendon and shell in finished product.
Verify with a calibrated weight the finished product scales are working properly.
Notify Quality assurance Manager of any deficiencies with finished product
