Job Duties:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of staff that prepare, and serve food items.
• Estimate and inform ingredients required for preparation of food
• Prepare order summaries for staff who prepares particular items
• Prepare work schedules of workers and assign duties to them
• Keep a record of stock, sale and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Maintain standards for food quality, service and cleanliness
• Address customer complaints or concerns
