Bamboo Chopsticks Express is looking for four Full-Time Food Service Supervisor (NOC 62020)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $18.00 to $20.00/hour, plus tips.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Prepare food order summaries for chef/cook
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Establish work schedules
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in food service
• Language in the workplace is English
