Care for 1 elderly person in their home

Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is not a condition of employment.

Specific Skills: Reading text; Writing; Communication; Problem solving; Decision making; Job task planning and organizing

Terms of employment: Permanent; Full-time; Day/Evening

Work experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Post-secondary students/youth, newcomers to Canada and seniors welcome to apply.

Required skills: Provide full time care and supervision to elderly person; Prepare and serve nutritious meals for elderly person; Assume full responsibility for household (in absence of householder); Provide companionship for elderly person; Assist elderly person in achieving their maximum personal well-being; Assist elderly person with their daily exercises. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.
