Other benefits: 2weeks paid vacation, Medical plan after 3 months of probation

Job duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff across assigned shifts.
• Ensure production schedules are met while maintaining product quality and safety standards.
• Monitor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to employees.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Report daily production metrics and maintain accurate records (e.g., output, downtime, scrap).
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and other departments to address production issues.
• Conduct shift meetings and communicate production goals to the team.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Handle minor disciplinary matters and escalate serious issues to management.

Employment requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline, such as electronic engineer or electrical technology
• 2-3 years of related experience
