Benefit: 4% of gross salary for vacation remuneration.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook traditional Korean dishes on the menu and ensure quality and quantity proportions.
– Prepare and make sauces for Korean dishes.
– Ensure kitchen equipment is functioning properly.
– Monitor and order inventory and records of food and supplies.
– Inspect and clean work areas.
– Supervisor kitchen staffs

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of High school is required.
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a cook OR completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel, and restaurant management is required.
