Job Description:
– Position: Cook
– Employer: 2501521 Alberta Ltd dba Wow Store Red Deer
– Work Location: 3731 50 Ave, Red Deer, AB T4N 3Y7
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $16.00-$18.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook various types of food such as fried chicken, rice bowls, udon, katsu etc.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
– Cook food according to recipes.
– Operate cooking equipment such as grill, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
– Measure and prepare ingredients required for sauces.
– Check inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1~2 years of experience in commercial cooking industry OR completion of a three-year apprenticeship program, college or other programs in cooking or food safety is required.
