Job Description:

– Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days of paid vacation

Job Duties:
– Prepare a variety of cold prep items for all batch cooked items, sauces, etc.
– Prep, assemble and cook all food on the brunch, lunch and dinner menu under our recipe guidelines and health code specification.
– Always maintain cleanliness and upkeep of kitchen and equipment.
– Responsible for all stove, oven, and fryer cooking.
– Properly portion all food items such as meats, seafood, and vegetables before cooking.
– Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of Secondary school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in this field OR completion of 3 years apprenticeship program or college program for cooks is required.
– Language: English
