Job Description

1. Summary of duties and responsibilities:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports
• Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys

2. Requirements:
• Secondary School Certificate
• 1-2 year’s work experience in the food service sector
• Strong leadership and communication skills (English proficiency)
• Flexibility, Client focus, Team player, Effective interpersonal skills

• Location: 890 Government Street, Victoria, BC, V8W 0G5
• Terms of employment: Full-time / Permanent (30~40 Hours/w)
• Start date: ASAP
• Salary: $20.25 per hour
