We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work. We are now hiring 1 General Construction Labourer.

Job Description:
－Title: General Construction Labourer
－NOC: NOC 75110
－Position(s) Available: 1
－Work Location(s): 3317 Coldstream Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 1Y1
－Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
－Compensation: $22 per hour

－10-day paid vacation per annum

Job Requirements:
－No degree, certificate or diploma is required
－Relevant experience is an asset. Will train.
－Basic English communication skill is required.

Job Responsibilities:
－Load, unload, and transport construction materials to designated work areas using appropriate handling techniques.
－Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring systems, and barricades as required for construction site safety and functionality.
－Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, bricklayers, cement finishers, roofers, glaziers) in various construction tasks, including material preparation and installation support.
－Collaborate with heavy equipment operators to secure specialized attachments, provide signaling for equipment maneuvering, and assist in related operational activities.
－Grade and level earth to precise specifications using rakes, shovels, and other hand tools.
－Support building demolition efforts by using prying bars and tools to dismantle structures, then sorting, cleaning, and stacking salvaged materials for reuse.
－Remove rubble, debris, and waste from construction sites using rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and other equipment to maintain a clean work environment.
－Perform additional construction site tasks as directed by supervisors to support project objectives.
