We are responsible for providing all of the material, labor, equipment such as engineering vehicles and tools, and services necessary for the renovation project, and performing the renovation work. We are now hiring 1 Administrative Assistant.
Job Description:

-Weekly Hours: 30 to 40 hours
-Compensation: $22 per hour

-10-day paid vacation per annum
Job Requirements:
-Completion of secondary school is required.
-Completion of at least 1 year of college or other program in a related field is required.
-Ability to utilize English in the professional workplace is required.
Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare, transcribe, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, brochures, reports, and related materials from machine-recorded or handwritten dictation.
-Manage incoming traditional and electronic mail/documents, distribute materials, and coordinate internal information flow as well as communication with other departments and external entities.
-Schedule, confirm, and maintain the employer’s appointment and meeting calendar.
-Procure office supplies, maintain inventory records, and manage stock levels.
-Respond to telephone and electronic inquiries, forward calls, and relay messages accurately.
-Establish and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems for efficient data management.
-Develop, implement, and optimize office procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
-Greet visitors, assess the purpose of their visit, and direct them to the employer or relevant personnel.
-Record, transcribe, and draft official minutes for meetings and ensure distribution to stakeholders.
-Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations for transportation and accommodation, and manage travel logistics.
-Compile data, statistics, and supporting information to facilitate research activities.
-Supervise office staff, provide training on procedures and current software applications, and ensure workflow adherence.
-Coordinate and organize conferences, including scheduling, logistics, and participant management.
