Grocery Store in Whistler is in need of Retail Sales Supervisor (5 positions) to add to their diverse, reliable and energetic staff.

Job Location: 8200 Bear Paw Trail suite 101 Whistler, BC V0N 1B9
Workplace information: On site
Salary: $24.04 hourly / 32 hours per week

Job requirements
Overview
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Work setting: Urban area, Retail Business

Responsibilities
Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, Authorize return of merchandise, Establish work schedules, Sell merchandise, Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters, Organize and maintain inventory, Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
Supervision: 3-4 people, Cashiers, Retail salespersons and sales clerks
