Job Title: RESTAURANT MANAGER

Job Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
• Previous experience 7 months to less than 1 year is required in food industry
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shift either Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend in fast paced environment
• Attention to detail in all areas of work

Work Location: 5 Mountainview Rd N Georgetown, Ontario L7G 4T3

Job responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service in both front-of-house and kitchen areas.
Supervise, train, and schedule staff, ensuring proper coverage during peak hours.
Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Monitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to meet Osmow’s brand standards.
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with vendors to prevent shortages or waste.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations at all times.
Track daily sales, prepare financial reports, and manage cash handling procedures, including reconciliations.
• Control labour and food costs to meet profitability targets.
• Implement promotional campaigns and support marketing initiatives to drive sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Hire and onboard new employees, including conducting interviews and training programs.
• Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action when necessary.
• Ensure all company policies, procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.

Compensation: $36.10 per hour

Work Hours: Minimum 30 to 35 hours per week
