Job Duties:
• Manage and coordinate staff involved in food preparation and portioning.
• Provide training on duties, hygiene standards, and workplace safety.
• Prepare and present operational and performance reports.
• Supervise and check tray assembly.
• Monitor food delivery and ensure timely distribution.
• Plan budgets and cost estimates.
• Address customer complaints and concerns.
• Organize workflows to meet schedules efficiently.
• Assess and procure necessary ingredients and supplies.
• Maintain high standards of food service and quality assurance.
• Track inventory, equipment maintenance, sales, and waste records.

Education: Secondary education is required.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required.

Employment: Full-time, permanent position.
