Meduxnekeag Farms is looking for a Full-Time Agricultural Equipment Mechanic (NOC 72401)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $26.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Inspect and test agricultural equipment such as tractors, combines, seeders, sprayers, balers, and other farm machinery to ensure optimal performance and identify faults or malfunctions
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic system issues using diagnostic tools and specialized testing equipment
• Repair or replace defective components, including engines, transmissions, clutches, drive sys-tems, hydraulics, and control systems, using appropriate hand and power tools
• Perform scheduled maintenance services to maintain equipment reliability and minimize down-time
• Test repaired and serviced agricultural equipment to ensure compliance with manufacturer spec-ifications and customer expectations
• Install, service, and adjust agricultural attachments and implements such as front loaders, tillage tools, harvesting heads, plows, sprayers, and GPS or precision farming systems
• Maintain accurate service records, logs, and reports for repairs and maintenance performed
• Provide on-site field service and repairs during planting and harvest seasons as required
• Keep up to date with technological advancements in agricultural machinery and manufacturer service bulletins
• As needed, inspect and perform maintenance on heavy trucks and trailers used in agricultural operations.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience as heavy duty mechanic or related
• Must be willing to work overtime as needed
• Language in the workplace is English
