Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate activities related to the management of affordable rental properties Other administrative and research tasks as required.
• Prepare and administer contracts for provision of property services, such as cleaning and maintenance, security services and alarm systems
• Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance and renovations carried out on buildings and monitor progress and cost of work for property owners
• Ensure that trouble calls received from clients or tenants are acted upon
• Support tenants with small tasks to address minor issues.
• Reports to Justin Rain, Director.

Qualifications:
• Someone who has lived experience with housing need.
• Must have completed secondary school.
• Requires 2 or more years of administrative experience in project management, property clerk, and/or administrative officer
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently is preferred.
• Passion for social impact and housing affordability is a plus!
