Tasks/Responsibilities:
Evaluate daily operations;
Monitor revenues to determine labour cost;
Plan and organize daily operations;
Set staff work schedules;
Conduct performance reviews;
Organize and maintain inventory;
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed; and
Participate in marketing plans and implementation
