We are looking for enthusiastic & passionate individuals with lots of personality, character, charm, and interest in retail business to fill the position of a Retail Store Manager at our Gas station in Keswick.

Job Requirements:

• College CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 7 Months to less than one year of experience is required.
• Excellent oral communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible shift either Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend
• Attention to detail in all areas of work.
• Wiling to relocate

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for training store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials and delivering training sessions.
• Responsible for the overall successful operation of the store while maintaining company standards including but not limited to opening and closing procedures, loss prevention, and customer service
• Demonstrating leadership and promoting a teamwork-oriented environment by setting high standards for outstanding customer service
• Implementing new product lines and creating strategies by introducing and promoting them to the customers
• Order and receive merchandise and update and oversee inventory and stocking activities
• Oversee the work of attendants to ensure appropriate delivery of services and customer satisfaction
• Scheduling staff and approving vacations.
• Ensure cashier/merchandising staff comply with all guidelines.
• Maintains the store’s appearance by ensuring merchandise is straightened and the store is clean.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Resolving customer complaints.
• Attract customers by originating display ideas; following display suggestions or schedules; constructing or assembling prefabricated display properties; producing merchandise displays in windows for sales.

Compensation: $44 per hour and free parking
Start Date: As soon as possible
Work Hours: Minimum 35 to 40 hours per week
