Job Description

Research, identify and quote international logistics solutions to clients’ shipping inquiries Prepare, check, coordinate and manage all aspects of shipments
Monitor the process of shipments, track and trace Ocean, Rail, Barge, rigging and/or Truck shipments with timely follow ups to ensure services are completed as required and agreed
Communicate efficiently with all stakeholders with the progression of shipment details and confirm verification of documentation throughout the shipping process.
Handle shipping requirements with care and commitment and accuracy. Provide additional support as required for out-of-gauge project logistics services, including providing the final invoice to the client and closing out quote and files as completed.
Minimum 3+ years experience in the International Freight Forwarding and Logistics Industry
Focus on oversize cargo

Required languages: english

Education level: Minimum 2 years post secondary in Business or Supply Chain Management

Required skills: excel, microsoft, cargowise, communication, multi-tasking, time management
