Job requirements

Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Minimum one year of experience as an Assistant manager, restaurant is required

Job details:

Salary: $ 36.70 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week

Tasks
• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager, ensuring business continuity and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in planning and achieving monthly sales targets, labor cost control, and budgeting.
• Manage inventory levels and food cost control through effective ordering, waste reduction, and vendor coordination.
• Lead team development through coaching, conflict resolution, and ongoing performance feedback to enhance team efficiency and morale.
• Analyze customer feedback and operational data to recommend and implement service improvements.
• Enforce company policies and ensure operational compliance with franchise and corporate requirements.
• Coordinate staff schedules based on labor forecasts and anticipated business volume.
• Support onboarding and training programs to develop future supervisors and team leads from within the staff.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives and community engagement to promote brand presence and drive customer traffic.
• Report operational challenges and suggest strategic improvements to senior management.
