Job Description

Qualifications:
• At least 1 year of cooking experience, particularly Asian dishes and menus
• Completion of secondary school and at least 1 years of post-secondary education
• Good English communication skills
• Able to work flexible hours and shifts

Main Duties:
• Prepare and cook authentic Asian – Vietnamese, Thai, and Chinese dishes as per customer’s specification and orders
• Create and update menus and restaurant specials in line with owners’ directives
• Oversee kitchen operations
• Prepare work schedules and monitor kitchen helpers’ performance
• Maintain and sanitize kitchen and work area

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary

Required skills: At least 1 to 2 years of cooking Asian cuisines
