Eastern Ontario Mushroom Producers near Prescott, ON requires a full time Plant Equipment Mechanic to perform the following duties:

Location: 2524 Blue Church Road, Augusta (Prescott), ON K0E 1T0
Salary: $30.35/hour for 40 to 50 hours per week
Vacancies: 1 position
Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time, Day, Starts as soon as possible

On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.

Work setting: Machinery installation, Maintenance, Repair, Overhaul, Machine set-up

Requirements
Languages: English
Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Tasks
• Assemble mechanical equipment
• Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
• Repair or replace defective machinery parts
• Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up
• Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
• Installing machinery and equipment
• Experience and specialization
• Equipment and machinery experience: Conveyor, Fans and blowers, Hydraulic system
• Area of specialization: Troubleshooting, Bearing, seals and packing
