Salary: $25.00 to $40.00 per hour (based on experience)

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time minimum 40 hours / week

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: Completion of secondary school and/or relevant work experience.

Certifications: First Aid, H2S, WHMIS, Transportation of Dangerous Goods (also provided by employer), Oilfield Driver Awareness (preferred), Federal – Hours of Service (preferred).

Experience: 1 to 5+ years experience.

Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver’s licence, own transportation, willing to travel, willing to travel regularly.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, hand-eye coordination, bending, crouching, kneeling.

Work Location Information: Relocation costs not covered by employer.

Work Site Environment: Outdoors, noisy, dangerous environments, Camp or Hotel.

Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract – 3 yr commercial), drug test, criminal record check

Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player, Organized, Accurate, Effective interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Judgement. Microsoft Office, ability to work unsupervised, detail oriented, repetitious.

Responsibilities:
• Attach pumps and hoses to wellhead
• Drive well services truck to well site
• Operate hydraulic pumping systems
• Assemble mechanical equipment, as required.
• Read gauges for pressure, density, rate, and concentration. Provide adjustments to pumping procedure and conditions, as required by specific conditions.
• Monitor safety conditions, and if required, write daily progress reports of job site and job activities.
• Operate and/or assemble mechanical equipment, as required.

Additional Skills: Identify training needs and obtain appropriate training required for job responsibilities. Ability to complete site specific and company specific safety training courses, as may be required for individual job sites and locations.

Work Setting: Remote locations, various locations.
