Overview
Stefano’s Inc. is currently seeking a Truck Scheduler to support daily logistics planning and route optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience in transportation scheduling and a strong ability to handle complex routing and workforce coordination tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Assign personnel to equipment and routes
• Schedule work shifts and monitor personnel availability
• Design new or modify existing schedules using scheduling software or manual methods
• Plan efficient route schedules, considering peak periods, holidays, construction, and special events
• Compile personnel and equipment records to produce operational reports
• Prepare user guides and public service information
• Review scheduling parameters based on up-to-date personnel data
Qualifications
• Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
• Language: English (required)
• Work Setting: Trucking Firm
