Job Description
The Savoy Hotel is looking for a Full-Time Reservations Supervisor (NOC 62022)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 37.5 hours per week, $25.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
The Reservations Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing the hotel’s reservation process,
ensuring a seamless booking experience for guests while maximizing room occupancy and
revenue. This role involves overseeing the reservations team, managing inventory, and
maintaining high standards of customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead the Front Desk team, provide training, and maintain high service standards.
• Monitor room inventory and adjust rates to optimize revenue, collaborating with revenue
• management.
• Handle group reservations, working closely with sales and events teams to meet guest
• needs.
• Respond to guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve escalated issues.
• Ensure reservation systems are up to date and functioning efficiently.
• Prepare reports on booking trends, occupancy, and revenue, offering insights for
• improvement.
• Work with the Front Desk and Housekeeping to resolve any booking-related concerns.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions:
• Fast-paced, guest-facing role requiring multitasking and collaboration with various departments.
KPI’s:
• Maintain or increase hotel occupancy levels.
• Achieve high guest satisfaction ratings for the reservation experience.
• Ensure a high level of booking accuracy (minimizing errors in reservations).
Qualifications:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reservations/front desk/related
• Supervisory experience is an asset
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Experience with reservation systems
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Familiarity with revenue management is a plus
