Responsibilities
Tasks
1. Change diapers
2. Follow parents’ lead with toilet training
3. Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas
4. Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents
5. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
6. Shop for food and household supplies
7. Wash, iron and press clothing and household linens
8. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children
9. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents
10. Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development
11. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children
12. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home
13. Organize, activities such as games and outings for children
14. Prepare and serve nutritious meals
15. Prepare infants and children for rest periods
16. Supervise and care for children
17. Tend to emotional well-being of children
