We are now open to hire a Supply Chain Supervisor to join our team.

Position Responsibilities & Duties

Co-ordinate, assign and review the work of administrative support workers engaged in: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of concrete and cement materials and related products&tools; processing purchasing transactions; co-ordinating production work; dispatching truck drivers; scheduling and controling transportation crews and routes;
Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the company, establish work schedules and procedures, resolve work-related issues, prepare and submit progress and other reports and co-ordinate activities with other supply-chain work units or departments;
Preparing plans and schedules for the purchase of equipment, supplies and services for truck&vehicle regular maintenance;
Maintaining pricing records and accurate purchases;
Exploring the market for viable solution&product&services alternatives within the requirements and company’s policies.
Maintaining and updating supppliers&clients information such as delivery schedules, products ranges and catalogues etc;
Train workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work
May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Schedule: Monday to Friday between 08:00 am to 4:30 pm, 40 hours per week, hour lunch breaks included

Education level: – Completion of a Postsecondary education in Logistics, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, or any technical/trade field.

Required skills: – Certificate or diploma that proves your qualification as a Supply Chain Professional – Fluency in English – A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Supply Chain professional – Strong technical skills, and 3+ years’ experience working with maintenance and inspection of heavy equipment – In depth knowledge of all aspects of mechanical and electrical systems is an asset – Strong communication skills
