Participate in marketing plans and implementation

Organize and maintain inventory
Recruit staff
Cost products and services
Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
Evaluate daily operations
Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
Plan and organize daily operations
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Supervise staff
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations
Conduct performance reviews
Manage events
Required languages: ENGLISH, FRENCH
Education level: SENIOR SECONDARY
Required skills: 2 years or more as a Wendy's Shift Supervisor is required for this position.
