Experience: Minimum 1-2 year of experience in food service or restaurant supervision is required. Experience should include supervising staff, providing customer service, and managing daily operational tasks.

Description:- At 2 For 1 Family Pizza, we are looking for a fulltime permanent Restaurant Assistant Manager. Must be able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided. May need to work independently.

Job Duties:
As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, the candidate will:

Look after day-to-day operations, making sure everything runs smoothly

Keep an eye on staff performance, giving feedback and help when needed

Plan and organize daily tasks, including managing inventory and making sure the team is set up for the day

Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure everyone knows their job well

Prepare staff schedules to make sure we always have the right coverage

Supervise the team during shifts to keep things running efficiently

Handle cash balances, prepare daily cash reports and related paperwork accurately

Deal with customer complaints or concerns in a professional way to keep customers happy

Always provide excellent customer service and maintain the friendly atmosphere our restaurant is known for.

The position includes 15 paid vacation days per year, with vacation pay calculated at 5.8% of gross salary in accordance with provincial standards.
