Job Description

Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandisesought for purchase
Provide direct mobile phone and accessory sales and customer supportservices
Advise customers on use and care of merchandise, and provide adviceconcerning specialized products
Building a strong rapport with all new and returning customers
Achieve sales targets
Identify and resolve client concerns
Ensure product is in stock and pricing is correct
Receive delivery and stock shelves
Return stock and process repairs according to the company policies
Keep a supervisor and management informed on problematic situations
Collect payments, complete daily cashouts and make a weekly cashdeposit
Open and close the store on time
Maintain company & customer paper work
Participate in sales meetings & events, training sessions and month-endinventory counts
Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees
Maintain the store in a clean condition
Other duties as assigned

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Required skills: Retail sales experience
