We are currently looking for a Purchaser to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
1、Equipment and Materials Procurement: Purchase both general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services to meet company and project needs.
2、Requirements Assessment: Evaluate the needs of the establishment to develop detailed specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be acquired.
3、Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to secure the best offers for the company.
4、Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
5、Contract Awarding: Award contracts to suitable suppliers, vendors, or service providers based on company needs and budget.
6、Delivery Coordination: Establish and monitor delivery schedules to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.
7、Problem Resolution: Act as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers to resolve any issues or concerns professionally.
8、 Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients receive the right products and support to achieve successful project outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field
• At least 1 year of experience in procurement, and purchasing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; must be a team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Capable of multitasking, prioritizing effectively, and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
