Gogo Sushi restaurant is located at 504-11850 Oceola Rd., Lake Country, BC, V4V 2T5. We are currently looking for a permanent, full time Sushi Cehf. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Sushi Chef
Wage: CAD$35.00/hour
Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Plan and instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of foods
• Prepare and cook Japanese sushi foods such as sushi, sashimi, and specialty dishes
• Create new recipes and plan menus
• Supervise activities of cooks and staff
• Monitor and requisition food and supplies

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial food preparation required.
• Cook certificate an asset.
