Description:- At The Emerald Apron Cookware Distributor In, we are looking for a fulltime permanent Store Manager-Retail. Must be able to work morning, evening and weekend shifts. Training will be provided. May need to work independently.
Job Duties:
• Overseeing the cooking coaches and monitoring kitchen and inventory needs.
• Direct and control daily operations
• In charge of stock inventory. Releasing cookware sets and cancellation of sales if necessary.
• Evaluate daily operations, Organise day-to-day business operations
• Manage staff and assign duties
• In charge of Home delivery and installation of new cookware sets to all the clients all throughout the Saskatchewan Region.
• Determine merchandise and services to be sold
• Locate, select and procure merchandise for resale
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Supervise office and volunteer staff
• Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms
• Monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks
• Overseeing all the cooking classes schedule and booking the office accordingly.
