Deus Plumbing & Heating Ltd. located in Abbotsford, BC provides high-quality plumbing and heating services to its customers. Currently, we are hiring 2 Plumbers to join our growing team.

Position Details:

Salary: $34.62 per hour
Start date: As soon as possible
Work locations: Various job sites in Abbotsford BC and other areas of Lower Mainland BC as per the company’s contracts with its clients.

Job duties:
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing system, water supply network, and waste and drainage systems.
• Prepare cost estimations for required plumbing work.
• Install, fix, and maintain domestic or commercial plumbing fittings and systems.
• Identify and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fittings in walls and floors.
• Cut opening in walls and floors to accommodate pipe and pipe fittings with attention to existing infrastructure.
• Measure, cut, bend, and thread pipes using hand and power tools or machines.
• Check pipes for leakages using air and water pressure tools.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues related to water supply lines (e.g., broken drainage lines, clogged drains, faucets, etc.)
• Communicate with co-workers and other tradesmen.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of Secondary School
• Completion of an apprenticeship program in the plumbing trade OR minimum 3 years of experience in the trade.
• Ability to communicate in English.
