Tejani Family is looking for a Full-Time Housekeeper (NOC 65310)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $20.00 to $22.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Help in general housekeeping tasks for a senior couple – cleaning, cooking, looking after home
• Sweep, mop, wash, wax and polish floors
• Laundry and ironing
• Dust furniture and vacuum carpeting and area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
• Make beds, change sheets and distribute clean towels and toiletries
• Stock linen closets and other supplies’ areas
• Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
• Pick up debris and empty trash containers
• Wash windows, walls and ceilings.
• Sweep and mop immediate external areas of house.
• Grocery Shopping (occasionally)
• House sitting (occasionally)
Job Requirements:
• Previous experience as a housekeeper/working for a family is an asset
• Must be comfortable working in a household with a dog and child (occasionally)
• Must have a police clearance
• Non-smoker
• Must have a police clearance
• Language in the workplace is English
