Job Description:
– Employer: 0877412 B.C. Ltd. dba To Go Sushi
– Title: Cook
– Terms of Employment: Full-time, Permanent
– Wage: $ 19.00 per hour
– Work Location: 3380 Shrum Lane, Vancouver, BC V6S 0B9
– Business address: Same as above
– Hours of work: 30 ~ 40 hours/ per week
– Benefit: 10 days of paid vacation or 4% of gross salary
– Positions Available: 2

Job Duties:
– Prepare, make and cook various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, and combination sushi.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.
– Prepare, make and cook sauces for sushi on the menu.
– Maintain inventory and records of food such as Salmon, Tuna, Unagi and so on.
– Prepare, and cook according to customers’ allergic tolerances

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school
Experience: Minimum: 1~2 years’ experience in this field OR Three-year apprenticeship program for cooks OR Completion of college or other program in cooking or food safety
