Required skills: Prepare and cook complete meals and individual menu items including breakfast items, grilled meats, fried foods, sandwiches, soups, and daily specials, Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure food quality and consistency, Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards, Maintain inventory and records of food supplies; notify management of shortages, Train and oversee kitchen helpers if required
