Lemongrass Vietnamese Restaurant is looking for a Full-Time Kitchen Supervisor (NOC 62020) to join our team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $30.00 to $34.62/hour.
Job Description:
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
• Establish work schedules and procedures
• Prepare and cook Vietnamese and other Asian meals
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
• Ensure that food meet quality control standards
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ work experience in food preparation.
• Experience in Asian cuisine is an asset
• Language in the workplace is English – Basic English/ESL is ok
