Wage: $16.50 per hour
Type: Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week)
Schedule: Day, On-call, Weekend
Starting: As soon as possible

Education: College/CEGEP
Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years; familiar with Asian cuisine.
Work setting: Willing to relocate; Relocation costs are covered by the employer; Fast food outlets or concession.

TASKS:
• Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas.
• Train staff in the preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Order supplies and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Manage kitchen operations.
