Skills

• Identify and solicit potential business and corporate clients for commercial insurance.
• Assess client needs and provide tailored commercial insurance solutions based on business risks.
• Explain policy features, coverage options, premiums, and benefits to business clients.
• Calculate and determine appropriate commercial insurance premiums based on risk assessment.
• Ensure completion of all required forms, documentation, and policy requirements, including medical or business evaluations if necessary.
• Establish and manage client accounts, including setting up payment methods and policy renewals.
• Provide ongoing customer support, responding to client inquiries regarding policies, renewals, and claims.
• Monitor and assist clients with commercial insurance claims, ensuring timely processing and resolution.
• Stay updated on commercial insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with business clients, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
