Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook pizza and other food items.
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs.
• Prepare food ingredients.
• Maintain inventory of food ingredients and supplies by ordering on time.
• Record food usage and minimize food wastage.
• Follow safe food handling, storage and sanitation guidelines.
• Train and monitor staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food.
·       Clean kitchen and work area.
·       Manage kitchen operation.
