Job duties are as follows but not limited to:
• Plan and co-ordinate work of associates engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, inbound, outbound, inventory, and returns of materials and products.
• Coordinate and schedule delivery of goods, supplies and materials within the operation.
• Lead and manage a team of warehouse employees to complete tasks that will include replenishment, cycle counting, order picking and packing and general facility housekeeping.
• Lead training of team members to ensure proper processes are followed. Ensure an adequate headcount of staff daily. Keep teams up to date with daily operational issues, priorities, and tasks.
• Prepare and process customs documents for International & U.S. shipments.
• Create and review operational procedures according to industry standards.
• Accountable for shift operations ensuring daily SLA’s and productivity goals are achieved.
• Responsible for ensuring a safe, secure, and fair work environment for all team members.
• Responsible for reporting system issues to ensure smooth operation and client orders are shipped in a timely manner.

Required languages: English

Education level: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Required skills: A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in Logistics and Transportation, ideally in an outbound and/or inbound coordination role.

Additional skills / Assets: Experience with DFS system is a must. First-Aid Certification & Valid Class II machine license(s)
