Job Description:
– Position: Cook

– Wage: $17.86 per hour
– Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week

Job Duties:
– Prepare and make various types of sushi, sashimi, roll sushi, salad, and rice bowls.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for special rolls.
– Prepare and make sauces for meals on the menu.
– Check and manage inventory order supplies and ingredients.
– Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers.
– Manage and oversee kitchen operations.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in this field OR Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program or college program for cooks is required.
